Biografia
The eldest of Ryūken's four Hokuto "sons", Raō is actually the older brother of Toki and Sayaka and the younger brother of Kaiō. His name became synonymous with the star "Bōkyōsei" (Violent Evil Star). After being sent away from the Land of Asura as a boy by Jūkei, Raō and Toki were adopted by Ryūken. Raō trained hard under Ryūken, filled with desire to become the strongest. But this desire burned out of control. When Kenshirō was chosen as the Hokuto Shin Ken successor, Raō broke the 2000-year Hokuto law by refusing to give up the Hokuto style. He killed Ryūken when the old man stood to stop him from misusing the Hokuto style. Raō left the Hokuto dojo and took the name of "Kenō" (Fist King). He raised a giant army, including the likes of Jagi, Amiba, Uighur, Yuda ,Ryūga ,and Akashachi. He built the "City of Wailing Demons", the prison of Cassandra. Raō imprisoned thousands of martial artists, including his own brother Toki, stealing their centuries old martial arts secrets. Rei of the Nanto Suichō Ken style tried to stop him, but Raō hit him with a fatal blow. Kenshirō also fought him, but almost died and was saved by Rei. Toki had made a vow to stop Raō many years earlier. He also failed to stop Raō. But then Kenshirō learned the Hokuto Musōtensei, proving to be the ultimate Hokuto fighter. When Raō learned that Julia was alive he captured her and discovered she was dying. This sadness enabled Raō to also do the Hokuto Musōtensei. But Kenshirō was able to defeat him. As his last deed as Fist King, Raō sent his life energy into the air, bringing light back to the land.
