[[Rei]] of the [[Nanto Suichō Ken]] style tried to stop him, but Raō hit him with a fatal blow. [[Ken|Kenshirō]] also fought him, but almost died and was saved by [[Rei]]. [[Toki]] had made a vow to stop Raō many years earlier. He also failed to stop Raō. But then [[Ken|Kenshirō]] learned the [[Hokuto Musōtensei]], proving to be the ultimate Hokuto fighter.
